Celebrating the Life of our new President

Mr. President,

Please give every child the opportunity you had even though it may be tough. Use your position to defend and protect life, the born, the unborn, and the women who feel they have no choice. You spoke of change during the campaign. Change the hearts of the people to respect life in all it's stages. You never know which baby might be the next to do great things for this great country. The future of our country is in your hands. The future of so many potential citizens is in your hands. Please don't sign FOCA. As you said in your address, "...the God-given promise that all are equal, all are free, and all deserve a chance to pursue their full measure of happiness.." You are in my prayers!

Great video, but since I keep yelling it at the television, I'll say it here too -- he's BIracial! He is as white as he is black.

Great point! I'd never considered that!

I was going to send this to you, but now I see you already have it. :) By the way, I know this is my first time commenting, but I check your blog daily and have done so for a long time (and enjoy it!) I was under a mistaken impression that only registered blogspot people could comment, but I have figured it out!

Lauren, thanks for posting and for reading. To be fair, for a while I did have the blog set so that only bloggers could post. It was time of much heated discussion concerning a post of mine on taking kids to Mass. I got frustrated with anon. posts. Thanks again. your favorite BIL
