A Temple of the Holy Spirit

Daniel & Catherine ready for Confirmation I had the privilege of witnessing my son and daughter receive the Sacrament of Confirmation this past Tuesday at the Basilica of Our Lady of the Annunciation in Lancaster, OH. It was a wonderful Mass with a full choir, trumpets, and all the rest. During his remarks, Bishop Earl K. Fernandes mentioned that we too, like the Basilica, are temples of the Lord. These structures are a testament to the Church's love for God (read the entire Church - Militant, Suffering, Triumphant). They represent great skill, sacrifice, and passion for Our Lord and often times His Mother.  Yet the words of Christ always echo in my mind when contemplating the beauty that surrounds me in those places; “ Do you see these great buildings? Saturday Video

I visited Catherine Saturday afternoon and she was moving all over. There wasn't an infection. Now we are waiting, patiently, for the fluid from her stomach to become clear so they can begin feeding her again. Please keep up your prayers. Thanks!

I just found out about Catherine as I read through my son's school papers. God has blessed her with a very strong will. The will to fight. How blessed she is at such a very young age. I see very many adults who do not have the fight she does. Innocence, purity, and a life of unknown only to God is of the little ones.

Catherine and your family are in my prayers.

Your website is uplifting. Your photos are beautiful. You have been blessed with so many talents and gifts from God.

God Bless
